For all of our events we require a 10% deposit to confirm the booking. Prior to this no bookings are confirmed.
Once you have made your menu choices and had your initial phone call with us you will receive an invoice with our bank details at the bottom.
We will always try our best to cater for any allergies or intolerances. Customers must be aware that our kitchen uses all of the 14 main allergens.
On some occasions we may not be able to cater to customers requests but we will always let you know in advance.
Yes we can hire a large range of equipment, crockery & linen. This is through a 3rd party and we can give you a quote once we have your chosen menu and numbers.
Yes all our serviced events come with the required staff for the event. All chefs & kitchen members are included in the menu price. There is an additional cost for our waiting & bar staff.
We have 5/5 on our hygiene rating. This is independently checked by the local council.
At all of our events we do all washing up. We also clean down the kitchen surfaces, sanitise and clear any disposable rubbish where possible.
