About us
Curious Kitchen is an Essex based family run business headed up by siblings Ben & Jenni.
Ben, as head chef & owner, runs the kitchen working with our amazing suppliers to source the best British seasonal ingredients and transforms them into our balanced variety of menus. While working with our customers to create memorable experiences for everyone.
Jenni works closely alongside Ben as Operations Manager. Overseeing not only the day to day running of Curious Kitchen but also making sure not only is the food top quality but our service is as well.
Through the love of good food and a passion for excellent quality of service we invited others to join our family team in the way of excellent staff.

Our Kitchen is based in Buckhurst Hill Essex. The main areas we cover are Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Greater London, & Central London. We have however travelled further afield for our customers to places such as Leeds, The Cotswolds and Brighton. So Feel free to still get in touch if your inquiring from further afield.

Meet Jenni
Operations Manager
Jenni joined the team here at Curious Kitchen back in 2021. After a brief stint away from work to have her baby boy she began helping out the family business and has been a valuable asset ever since. Her background in HR, events and project management have brought countless positives towards ensuring we continue to improve our services.
Jenni Says "I love working alongside Ben to ensure our client's events go off without a hitch and knowing we've added that extra special touch with the food we serve is so rewarding.

Head Chef & Owner
Ben brought Curious Kitchen to life after working for 15 years in the industry. Having worked across London's dining scene with some amazing chefs, Ben developed his own style and wanted to pursue creating elegant, yet bold British & seasonal flavours for his own business.
Ben says "To me, cooking for someone is a very personal and intimate experience. I want our customers to feel relaxed and enjoy every part of there event. We're not only there to provide high quality food packed with flavour but to look after our guests and treat them like family."
